As an Executive Assistant, I ensured Vilma’s tone and voice was properly applied to all content across digital media and formats—especially social media, video, and podcast—to ensure quality within the brand guidelines.
Newsletter
Vilma’s newsletter is a space to share management insights, content hacks, and stories of her challenges as CEO during the week, all with the goal of retargeting readers to a sales page or podcast episode.
I developed different storytelling and lessons every week, and designed the complementary images or gifs (on Canva). I was also responsible for uploading and scheduling content on Hubspot.

Storytelling
#LunesDeStorytelling (Monday of Storytelling) is a weekly segment on Vilma’s Instagram account with the same purpose as the newsletter, however, the story needed to be adapted to a carousel.
For this task, I focused on writing a short story that could be supported by graphics—as in a comic book—and closed with a CTA according to the marketing or sales needs of the week.
The goal was to create a story that could convert users into leads, and get as many organic leads as possible. This post itself saved $12,000 USD in Ads cost to the company (average of $5 cost per lead).
Website Copy
Hello Targeting was the first product launched in the Anglo market by Convierte Mas (Vilma’s Agency). For this project I was responsible for writing and translating the copy of all products in English.

Storytelling is an e-book of Convierte Mas School written by Vilma Núñez for which I collaborated as a ghostwriter for three chapters.
